Micheal A. Neal, P.C., Attorney at Law

Divorce

What can you expect to deal with in a Divorce, the Dissolution of a Domestic Partnership or the Modification of an existing Judgment?

Micheal A Neal Attorney at Law

The process of Divorce, the Dissolution of a Domestic Partnership or the modification of an existing Judgment, may involve many of the following elements, and require the close examination of several of the following factors:
• Decisions regarding the custody, timesharing and support of the
  children of the relationship.
• Evidence of all sources of income you may have, for the purposes of
calculating child support or spousal support in a divorce.
• Decisions regarding the disposition and value of all your real and
  personal property.
• Evidence of all your expenditures over the last two to three years
and the assignment of any existing debt to one or both parties.
If custody decisions cannot be made amicably, you may have to choose a professional evaluator at an extra cost to examine the parties respective parenting, home life situations, and to make a decision regarding which parent the children should live with.
