Born in Corvallis, Oregon, attorney Michael A. Neal has lived in the Willamette Valley region for his entire adult life. For over 21 years, Mr. Neal has focused his practice on family law and personal bankruptcy matters on behalf of clients throughout Oregon, and has operated his own practice for more than 15 of those years. He is admitted to practice in Oregon, the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Also, he is a member of the State Bar's Family Law Section. Mr. Neal received his Bachelor of Science degree from Washington State University. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark Law College. in Portland, Oregon.
